Our Mission & Vision
To preserve and advance the craft of hospitality by providing free and accessible educational resources, professional development opportunities, and a supportive community for beverage and hospitality professionals, especially those facing financial or geographic barriers. Through these efforts, we aim to elevate the hospitality industry as a whole while creating equitable opportunities for individuals within it.

Individuals living in remote or economically disadvantaged areas with limited access to professional resource
